Update on Sydney Express Travel

Port Stephens Coaches are taking all necessary precautions related to COVID-19 and for that reason we have decided to temporarily suspend the Sydney Express service from the 7th August.

Starting Wednesday 5 August 2020, Masonite Rd will be closed for roadworks [expected to take 6 weeks]. All Port Stephens Coaches route 135 services will be affected by this closure. CLICK HERE for details of diversion

Starting Monday 17 August 2020, Tomaree Rd at Fingal St & Verona Rd intersections will be closed for roadworks [expected to take 10 weeks]. Port Stephens Coaches services will be affected by this closure. CLICK HERE for details of diversion.

Newcastle to Port Stephens Bus Timetable Information

Looking to travel from Newcastle to Nelson Bay on the 130 Bus Route or the Newcastle Bus Timetable?
If your bus stop is located between timing points A and B on the route map, then your bus is scheduled to arrive between the times shown for A and B in the timetable. Please arrive at your bus stop around 5 minutes before your bus is scheduled.

From Sunday 5 July 2020, the bus section of the Newcastle Interchange will begin operation. All 130/131 route services will:

Terminate at Stand B (TSN #230234)
Note – Hunter St at Florence St [#230232] will no longer be serviced by our 130/131 routes

Start at Stand A (TSN #230233)
Note – Hunter St after National Park St [#230229] & Hunter St opp Cooper St [#230230] will no longer be serviced by our 130/131 routes
