DAY 1: Monday 22 June 2020 (MT, L, D)
Our first day on tour will see us travelling north, stopping briefly for morning tea before continuing to Coffs Harbour for a delicious lunch at Shearwater Restaurant. Perched upon the picturesque Coffs Creek with its serene water views, this is a perfect stop to celebrate the start of an amazing time away. After lunch our journey continues to East Ballina for our nightly accommodation at the beautiful Ballina Beach Resort, situated opposite Lighthouse Beach adjoining the walkways along the Richmond River to the nearby Ballina township.

DAY 2: Tuesday 23 June 2020 (B, L, D)
After a delicious hot breakfast we hit the Queensland border for a short stop for morning tea before visiting Bribie Island to explore its beautiful waterway known as the Pumicestone Passage. As we step on board our smooth water vessel we will take in the sites of quaint coastal townships, national parks, shipwrecks, pristine beaches and Bribie’s beautiful foreshore. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on board while keeping a look out for one of the many local dolphins, dugongs, turtles and a variety of sea birds. Back on the mainland we visit the Bribie Island Seaside Museum which shares the stories of Bribie and the people who shaped the islands history including the historical trails taken by Mathew Flinders back in 1799 and the American troop occupation in WWII. As we farewell Bribie Island we continue our journey to our beautiful five star resort nestled in the heart of Noosa.

DAY 3: Wednesday 24 June 2020 2019 (B, L, D)
Our morning begins with a trip to the buzzing Eumundi Markets – renowned for its locally made artisan treasures, it is the biggest and the best art and craft market in Australia. Meet the talented hands behind handcrafted homewares, artworks, fashion and jewellery, chat to the farmers and bakers selling fresh local produce and gourmet delights or enjoy the stellar line-up of musicians and street performers. For lunch we head to Platform No. 1 Café at Gympie’s historic railway station and rediscover the magic of a bygone era aboard the historic Mary Valley Rattler steam train. As we step into our lovingly restored carriage we travel through the scenic Mary Valley, passing through Dagun, before continuing to Amamoor where our coach will be waiting to take us back to the resort to relax before dinner.

DAY 4: Thursday 25 June 2020 (B, MT, L, D)
This morning we will capture the dramatic coastline, scenery and wildlife, driving over golden sandy beaches from Noosa to Rainbow Beach aboard air-conditioned 4WD wagons. Our tour will include the world famous Coloured Sands, with over 40 different shades of colour your guide will show you how they were once used for decorating digeridoos and artwork. We will stop at the beautiful Honeymoon Bay and experience exclusive access to the lighthouse at Double Island Point with its 360 degree views across the Pacific Ocean and scenic surrounds.

On return, the afternoon is at your leisure. You may choose to explore the town, do a little shopping or perhaps spend a little time relaxing on the beach or around the gorgeous resort pool.

DAY 5: Friday 26 June 2020 (B, MT, L, D)
After breakfast we farewell Noosa and make our way to Bell’s Creek to visit QCamel Dairy Farm. The 3,000 acre farm is surrounded by the Glass House Mountains and home to a herd of more than 60 very pampered camels. Here you will learn about the fascinating innovative and ethical processes involved in producing fresh pasteurised camel milk. You will be able to get up close with QCamel’s very friendly camels and perhaps enjoy some endearing camel cuddles.

After our morning out we will visit Currumbin RSL overlooking the picturesque Currumbin Creek for a delicious club lunch. Our travels this afternoon is southbound crossing the Queensland boarder to stay at Yamba’s premiere Angourie Resort.

DAY 6: Saturday 27 June 2020 (B, MT, L)
We begin the last day of our holiday with a drive tour of beautiful Yamba briefly stopping at the town’s towering lighthouse, built in 1880, it has been lighting the town for over 100 years!

After a bite of morning tea at Grafton we continue homebound stopping for lunch at Eungai Creek Buffalo Farm where we will enjoy a delicious fare overlooking the lush, green paddocks, home to their contented buffalo herd. After a look through the farm’s selections of hand-crafted gourmet products we continue our journey home, stopping briefly at Nabiac for a short comfort break.
