DAY 1: Thursday 4 November 2021 (MT, L, D)
After boarding your luxury coach we make a short stop for morning tea before we continue to the Nepean River for a scenic lunch cruise on the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler. On our way to the beautiful Blue Mountains, we stop at the heritage listed Norman Lindsay Gallery for a tour around the controversial artist and author’s former home, which now serves as a gallery of his many works. A short journey this afternoon will take us to our prestigious accommodation at the Fairmont Resort & Spa in Leura.

DAY 2: Friday 5 November 2021 (B, L, D)
After a hearty breakfast, we take a short drive to Katoomba to visit the world-renown Scenic World where you can journey on the world’s steepest incline railway, glide between clifftops on the glass-floored Skyway suspended 270 metres in the air, descend into the ancient Jamison Valley by Cableway and explore Jurassic rainforest along the 2.4 kilometre walkway. Next we visit Echo Point lookout for its stunning views of the Jamison Valley and the iconic Three Sisters. It is here that we enjoy our lunch, perched on the edge of the Blue Mountains Echo Point escarpment.
This afternoon we visit the pretty shopping village of Leura, filled with boutiques, gift stores, local arts and crafts, a chocolate shop, teapot museum and numerous trendy cafes. Our last stop today is the charming Everglades Historic House & Gardens, a beautiful 1930s, Art Deco home set amongst 5.2 hectares of stunning gardens. You will enjoy a guided tour here before returning to the resort.

DAY 3: Saturday 6 November 2021 (B, D)
Celebrate the spirit of traditional showground pavilions and experience a taste of the Blue Mountains at the Hydro Majestic Pavilion interactive`living’ history, retail and café space. We then visit the stunning Campbell Rhododendron Garden where uniquely, Azalea and Rhododendrons are planted amongst the native eucalypts and bushland. We then head to the Annual Rhododendron Festival where the Blackheath village comes alive with entertainment, the Grand Parade and street stalls. You can also check out the Annual Art Show at the Blackheath Community Centre with over 300 exhibits including traditional and contemporary works. This afternoon we head out to spectacular Govett’s Leap Lookout overlooking the Grose Valley. After taking in the peace and tranquility, we enjoy a guided history tour of The Carrington, The Grand Old Lady of Katoomba, a beloved local landmark offering the unique ambience, elegance and character of a bygone era.

DAY 4: Sunday 7 November 2021 (B, L)
This morning we begin our travel back home, stopping at Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens. The overhanging Wisteria vines and picturesque views of the Greater Blue Mountains and the stunning botanical gardens make quite the backdrop for our morning stop. After a little look through the garden’s shop we begin our journey home, stopping at Lee Rowans Garden World in Ourimbah to enjoy lunch at the Centre’s Gardenia Café. Before leaving town we take a short trip to nearby nursery ‘Big Flower’ for some last chance retail therapy and a look at the very crafty intricate metal art on display.
