DAY 1: Thursday 10 September 2020 (L, D)
This morning we are off and away stopping briefly at Merriwa for a bakery run before we reach Dubbo’s newest hot spot, The Devils Brewery. After our refuel of a mouth-watering assortment of gourmet pizzas, we continue to the outback town of Cobar for our overnight stay. Tonight we visit the Great Western Hotel for a delicious pub feed and a few cheeky rounds of Drag Queen Bingo. Your hostess, Queen of Newcastle, ‘Timberlina’ will have you in stitches as we play those bingo balls!

DAY 2: Friday 11 September 2020 (B, L, D*)
After a hearty breakfast we make our way through to the banks of the Darling River for a BBQ camp lunch. Hitting the road again we reach the Silver city, Broken Hill. With time to dust off your platform shoes and ‘doll up’ for the official opening of the ‘Frock on or Frock off Party’ of the ever fabulous ‘Broken Heel Festival’, we travel to our base of the Broken Hill Outback Resort. There is a choice of brand-new, self-contained deluxe cabins, or the option of true blue powered camping. After we shine up for our night of classic Priscilla anthems, hot canapés and grazing platters are on offer at the resort restaurant. All frocked up (or down) we head into town to the festival grounds. Over three stages, a crafted list of entertainers will bring you cabaret, comedy, opera, live music & DJ’s playing all the tracks you need to hear at a Priscilla Party! The million dollar stage show “Priscilla Bus” will be on display and a fabulous fireworks spectacular lighting up the outback skies.

DAY 3: Saturday 12 September 2020 (B, D*)
This morning we bring you into town for some free time. In town, you will see the community come alive in celebration at the ‘Drag on Drag Street Parade’. Whether you decide to join in and ‘strut your stuff’ or enjoy the entertainment, dazzling outfits and music on offer, there is something for everyone. This afternoon we return to the resort with time to freshen up and perhaps frock up. After enjoying some canapes and grazing platters on offer in the restaurant bar, we make our way into town for the festival’s ‘Saturday Night Shindig’! Another FABULOUS night is in store with a Priscilla Tribute Show, ‘So You Think You Can Drag’ comp not to mention a crafted list of headline performances and yes, more fireworks, you are guaranteed a night of pure FUN and LAUGHTER!

DAY 4: Sunday 13 September 2020 (B, D)
After a much needed sleep in, come join us with your finest feather boa in hand for our ‘Boa Buffet breakkie prepared at the hotel restaurant. After a little culinary recuperation, we say our farewells to the bright lights and disco balls and travel through to Cobar, stopping on route for lunch and perhaps a much needed coffee. Tonight, at dinner, we toast our farewells with a few hilarious games of Drag Queen Trivia by our ever fabulous hostess ‘Timberlina’.

DAY 5: Monday 14 September 2020 (B, L)
Our last ride together will see us heading back east stopping at Dubbo’s quirky ‘Alchemy Art and Food Hub’ for a tasty spread of baguettes and sangas. Back on board we continue our travels with perhaps enough energy to belt out a few more Priscilla ballads reminiscing together of an amazing time away.

Deposits: A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your booking. No bookings can be confirmed without a deposit. Balance: The final balance is due 60 days prior to the tour departure. We will send you a reminder letter two weeks in advance to remind you. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, direct credit or credit cards (MasterCard or Visa). Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees will be applied if you have to cancel your booking.

Notice Fee:
60 + days non-refundable deposit.
30-59 days 50% of tour price + $10 per person cancellation fee
Within 30 days 100% of tour price
In the event we are able to transfer your booking to another passenger, the cancellation fee will be $200 tour deposit.

Fares Include: Air Conditioned Luxury 5 Star Coach travel, motel accommodation, entrance fees and meals as stated in the itinerary. Alteration of Itinerary: We reserve the right to alter itineraries without notice due to availability, weather, road conditions or any other reasons we perceive to be in the best interests of our passengers. Seating and Seat Rotation: Seating is rotated in a random order at the direction of the Coach Driver/Tour Guide to ensure all passengers enjoy a variety of seating. Single Supplement: Limited single supplement is available. Single supplement gives the passenger exclusive use of a motel room and is indicated by the single supplement price on the itinerary. It does not guarantee sole seating on the coach. Smoking: Government regulations prohibit smoking on all modes of transport. Travel Insurance: We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect your investment in your holiday. Baggage: All baggage is entirely at owner’s risk.
