Yes, you can bring a scooter on our buses. It should be foldable and stored in the appropriate areas. When scooters can’t be folded, they can become a safety concern if they are blocking aisles – and become a trip hazard. Scooter owners need to be mindful of this. If the number of scooters being taken on services increase, or where it raises safety issues, the driver may refuse you to bring it onboard.

Assistance animals (guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs) with a valid form of accepted accreditation are allowed on all public transport in NSW.

Pet animals may be allowed to travel on buses if it is confined in a box, basket or other container as required by the Passenger Transport (General) Regulation 2017. However, permission is required by the driver. In accordance with industry recognition, therapy animals, facility animals, and emotional support animals are considered to be companion animals. These animals do not have public access rights and can only travel using the arrangements provided for travelling with pets.
