TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Validity
- Confirmed booking is valid as per the dates displayed on the final confirmation voucher and printout.
- In all booking arrangements, the person (credit card holder) or agent making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the passenger named (if different from card holder) in the booking.
Bookings:
- Bookings are necessary and are only secure after full payment has been made. Sydney residents should call 1800 045 949 (toll free), Port Stephens residents phone 4982 2940 or contact your nearest travel agent.
- Credit Cards accepted: Master Card & Visa.
- EFTPOS is not available online.
- Bookings are transferrable once notified to Port Stephens Coaches.
- Once a booking is made, online passengers are required to print the generated computer ticket and hand it to the driver upon boarding the coach.
Fares
- All rates are in Australia Dollars.
- Rates are inclusive of all Australian taxes and service charges.
- All concession fares must show a valid concession card to the driver upon boarding.
- Fares are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Charges
- $5.00 admin fee – for unused tickets as long as advised prior to travel.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancellation is made on the day of travel.
- If ticket is used one way and return is cancelled, refund is: total ticket price – cost of single journey – $5.00 admin fee.
- No refund for unused tickets after intended date of travel.
Passenger Details
- Passenger details should be correctly given at the time of booking.
Modifications and Changes
- All requests for modifications must be made direct to Port Stephens Coaches by email info@pscoaches.com.au or on 4982 2940 during business hours who will implement the request.
- Office hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 11:am
Unaccompanied Children
- No responsibility will be accepted by the company for unaccompanied children whilst in transit, however every care will be taken to ensure their safety.
- Unaccompanied children must be pre-paid.
- Children aged 12 years and under are required to carry with them contact details for a parent or guardian.
Baggage
- Passenger baggage is limited to two suitcases and a small overnight bag that may be carried in the the coach.
- Suitcases must not exceed 20kg.
- All luggage should be CLEARLY LABELLED.
- Port Stephens Coaches accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of luggage or freight arising out of or in any way incidental to the service.
- We strongly recommend passengers take out baggage insurance.
- Bikes will only be carried by prior arrangements.
Valuables
- Passengers are advised to carry fragile or valuable items such as cash, jewellery, photographic equipment etc… on their persons as Port Stephens Coaches will take no responsibility for loss or damage.
Smoking
- Prohibited on all coach services.
Alcohol
- Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to board the coach.
- Consumptions of alcohol on coaches are not permitted.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Times are shown and every endeavor will be made to run as scheduled, no responsibility will be accepted by the company for late departure or arrival times, as late running is generally caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Christmas Day
- This service does not operate on Christmas Day.
