Terms and Conditions:

Deposits

A holding deposit of $100 per person is required at time of booking. No bookings can be confirmed without a deposit.

Balance

The balance is due 45 days prior to the tour departure. We accept cash, cheques, EFTPOS, direct credit or credit cards (Mastercard or Visa).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be applied if you have to cancel your booking.

If you cancel:

  • 45 days or more prior to departure – $100 per passenger

  • 7 – 44 days prior to departure – $250 per passenger

  • Within 7 days prior to departure – 100% of fare

Fares include

Air conditioned coach travel, motel accommodation, admission into Kosciuszko National Park and meals as stated in the itinerary.

Fare does not include

Lift tickets, lunches, dinner on Sunday evenings and items of a personal nature.

Alteration of Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries without notice due to availability, weather, road conditions or any other reason we perceive to be in the best interests of our passengers.

Smoking

Government regulations prohibit smoking on all modes of transport.

Travel Insurance

We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect your investment in your holiday.

Baggage

Please limit to one suitcase per person plus onboard travel bag. All baggage (including travellers own snowboard, ski equipment etc) is entirely at owner’s risk.

Special Note

Snow tours are arranged by Port Stephens Buses Travel Pty Ltd and in co-operation with other principals and agents and is offered to the passenger and deemed to be accepted by the passenger on the understanding that no action shall lie against Port Stephens Buses Travel Pty Ltd or any other associated company whether by any act, default, or negligence on their part or that of that servants of any accident, delay, alteration in time or changes, re-arrangement, injury, misrepresentation, loss or damage what so ever to the passenger arising out of the performance or non-performance of the tour.
